If the purchase page won't load (or you see a "Cannot display web page" error), it's almost always caused by something on the browser or network side. Work through the checks below — they're ordered from most to least common.
Quick fix to try first: open a private/incognito window
This disables most extensions and uses a clean session, so it rules out several causes at once. If the page loads here, the culprit is one of the extension or cookie issues below.
1. Out-of-date browser
Our payment gateway no longer accepts older, less secure connections (SHA-1, TLS 1.0, and TLS 1.1). To purchase securely, you'll need to update your browser to the latest version. Check whether yours needs updating here: https://browser-update.org/update.html#3
2. JavaScript is disabled
Our checkout needs JavaScript to run. Make sure it's enabled, and check for any script-blocking extension (such as NoScript) that may be turning it off for our site.
3. Cookies are blocked
Checkout relies on cookies to keep your session active. Make sure cookies are enabled, and that no privacy extension is blocking them for our site.
4. Incorrect date or time on your device
If your device's clock is wrong, secure connections can fail. Set your date, time, and time zone to update automatically, then reload the page.
5. A VPN
Try disabling your VPN and reloading.
6. Ad-blockers or privacy extensions
Ad-blockers and privacy/tracking blockers (Ghostery, Privacy Badger, Brave Shields, etc.) can interfere with the page. Try disabling them — or whitelisting our site — and reload. (The private/incognito window above is the fastest way to test this.)
7. Your network or security software
A workplace, school, or public network may block our payment provider. Try a different network, such as your mobile data. Some antivirus suites with "HTTPS scanning" can also interfere — temporarily disabling that feature may help.
